中国文化艺术协会(Chinese Culture and Arts Association)创立于2000年，是经国家有关部门批准登记成立的艺术机构登记证号为37934311-003，由从事文化艺术研究的专家学者和从事文化艺术实践的各级各类工作人员组成的全国性社会团体。
协会竭诚服务于书画艺术事业，培养和挖掘书画艺术人才；以继承和弘扬中华民族艺术瑰宝，繁荣中华民族文化艺术，促进精神文明建设为宗旨。
协会自创立至今，为促进港澳台及大陆与国际艺术交流，已多次组织国内外著名书画家进行活动，先后在香港、台湾、澳门、英国、法国、澳大利亚、日本、新加坡、马来西亚、韩国等国家（地区）举办了书画展，并开展了系列学术交流，对继承我国优秀的文化传统，繁荣我国的书画创作事业、起到了重大的推动作用。
协会自创立以来，得到了中宣部、文化部、民政部等领导的亲切关怀和鼓励；并获得中国书协、美协、收藏家协会等专业团体及大批艺术名家的支持与认可。
协会的会员和理事已经遍布全国各地，有美术、书法、楹联、诗词、篆刻、音乐、雕塑、工艺、摄影、戏剧、曲艺诸领域的专家、学者和艺术家，部分人的作品多次入选由中国书协、文化部的国家级大展并获大奖，被中南海、大会堂、玉泉山、公安部、最高人民法院、中央军委、奥组委、中宣部、国家领导人等收藏陈列。
Introduction
Chinese Culture and Arts Association was founded in 2000, is approved by the state arts agencies, engaged in cultural and artistic research experts and scholars engaged in cultural and artistic practice, the composition of all categories of staff at all levels, national academic community. Association will wholeheartedly serve the cause of painting and calligraphy art, culture and tap the graphic arts professionals; to inherit and carry forward the Chinese artistic treasure, prosperity, Chinese arts and culture, for the purpose of promoting spiritual civilization.
Association Since its founding date for the promotion of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan and the mainland and international art exchange, has organized several well-known painters and calligraphers activities at home and abroad, worked in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macau, Britain, France, Australia, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, South Korea and other countries (regions) held a painting exhibition, and carry out a series of academic exchanges, to carry forward our fine cultural traditions, prosperity, the cause of our country's painting and calligraphy has played a significant role in promoting.
Association Society since its inception, has been the Central Propaganda Department, Ministry of Culture, Ministry of Civil Affairs and other leaders of the loving care and encouragement; and Shuxie by China, the United States Association, collectors associations and other professional bodies and a large number of arts and masters of the support and recognition.
The present study to the members and directors have been all over the country, there are fine arts, calligraphy, couplets, poetry, sculpture, music, sculpture, crafts, photography, drama, folk art of various experts in the field, scholars and artists, some people's works have been selected for Shu Xie from China, the Ministry of Culture's national exhibition, and award-winning, was Zhongnanhai, City Hall, Yuquan Hill, Ministry of Public Security, Supreme People's Court, the Central Military Commission, BOCOG, the Central Propaganda Department, our national leaders and other collections on display .
