2021年7月13日,西湖大学郑钜圣课题组在经典营养学杂志The Journal of Nutrition上发表了关于个性化营养干预的最新成果,该研究首次将单病例随机对照试验(N-of-1 trial)的设计应用于精准营养领域,重点在个体水平揭示了不同宏量营养素比例的饮食对不同个体所产生的个性化的餐后血糖反应。该项研究开启了营养干预的新模式,对指导个体对膳食模式的选择具有重要意义,为将来的营养学精准干预提供了模板。
