何中市，男，博士，重庆大学计算机学院教授，博士生导师。重庆大学语言认知与智能计算学科博士点创建学术带头人。中国计算机学会人工智能与模式识别专业委员会委员，重庆市认知科学学会副理事长。重庆市学术技术带头人，重庆市高等学校优秀中青年骨干，入选重庆市“322重点人才工程”。
1987年、1990年毕业于重庆大学应用数学专业，分别获理学学士、硕士学位；1996年毕业于重庆大学计算机科学理论专业，获工学博士学位；1999年9月至2001年8月在南非金山大学计算机学院作博士后研究。
人工智能、机器学习、计算机视觉、自然语言计算。
获得国家级教学成果二等奖、全国科技进步奖（科技著作）二等奖各1项；重庆市教学成果一等奖、重庆市科学技术进步二等奖各1项。获得宝钢教育基金优秀教师，华为奖教金。
