简历

博士,研究员博士生导师。2001年毕业于中国农业大学生物学院,获理学博士学位。2001年8月起先后中国科学院遗传与发育生物学研究所,德国Fraunhofer Institute for Molecular biology and Applied Ecology ,the Institute of Molecular Biotechnology, RWTH Aachen 大学,The State Agricultural Biotechnology Centre (S.A.B.C),Murdoch University, Western Australia 及Institute of Plant and Microbial biology, Academia Sinica, Taipei从事博士后研究。2012年9月起,受聘中国科学院南京土壤研究所研究员。2012年入选中国科学院“百人计划”(引进国外杰出人才)。长期从事植物营养的蛋白组学,分子生物学和系统生物学的研究,相继在Mol Cell Proteomics(2012)、Plant Physiology(2011, 2012)、Mol Plant Microbe Interact(2010)和BMC Plant Biol(2010)等权威学术期刊上发表了研究论文。目前工作的重点,致力于在前期研究成果的基础上,运用蛋白组学和转录组学等系统生物学技术手段,研究植物高效吸收与运输营养物质的分子机制。

研究领域

主要研究方向是从分子水平探讨植物是如何响应和适应环境逆境的(特别是矿质营养溃乏,如缺磷,缺铁和缺锰等)。拟采用蛋白组学及基于新一代测序的转录组学和生物信息学等系统生物学的技术和方法解析植物应答环境逆境的分子调控网络,并结合植物生理和分子生物学,生物化学,遗传学等对网络中的节点进行基因功能验证,为最终通过分子设计培育矿质营养高效吸收利用的作物新品种提供理论指导和基因资源。
