凌飞，男，1982年11月出生，安徽芜湖市人，博士，西北农林科技大学教授，博士生导师。
2001年考入南京农业大学水产养殖学专业并于2005年获得农学学士学位，同年保送到中国科学院水生生物研究所水生生物学专业硕博连读于2010年获得理学博士学位。2010年7月至今，在西北农林科技大学动物科技学院水产科学系工作，从事水产动物病害学的教学与科研工作。
自工作以来，先后给动物科技学院水产养殖学本科专业讲授《水产动物病害学》、《鱼类药理学》、《名优水产动物养殖学》、《水产动物病害学实验》等五门课程。目前公开发表教改论文2篇（其中核心1篇），参与编写相关教材2部，主持校级教改项目1项。
先后主持或参与国家、省部级等课题10余项，其中主持的项目有：2项国家自然科学基金、教育部高等学校博士学科点专项科研基金、陕西省农业科技攻关、中国博士后科学基金面上资助和中央高校基本科研业务费等。截止到2018年1月公开发表论文60篇，参与编写著作1部，其中发表SCI刊源论文55篇，以第一作者或通讯作者身份发表SCI刊源论文30篇（中科院1区7篇，TOP期刊11篇）。
