刘晓华主要从事建筑节能与暖通空调系统方面的研究,对温湿度独立控制空调系统及溶液除湿关键装置等进行深入的研究。围绕以上研究方向,主持了“十三五”国家重点研发计划课题、全国优秀博士学位论文作者专项基金、国家自然科学基金优秀青年科学基金项目等。
发表研究论文百余篇,其中60余篇被SCI摘引;以第一作者出版专著4部;获得授权的国家发明专利20余项。参编国际ISO标准1部、国家与行业标准6部。
