刘长庆，北京市人，兰格钢铁网创始人。中共党员，研究生学历，工程师职称。
1978年考入北京经济学院经济数学系计算机专业，是我国恢复高考后的第一代计算机专业人才。1996年创办北京兰格信息咨询有限责任公司，逐步开办了北京兰格百子湾钢材市场、北京兰格世纪广告有限责任公司、上海兰格信息咨询有限责任息公司、北京兰格钢铁电子交易有限公司、天津兰格钢铁电子交易管理市场有限公司等八个子公司，以超强的远见开创了钢铁电子商务行业，是当今中国钢铁电子商务行业的领军人物之一。
Changqing Liu was born in bejing in 1958.He is the founder of Lange Group ,He has achieved the master degree and is a member of CPC.
Changqing Liu was enrolled in Math economics department of Beijing School of Economics in 1978,as the initial computer professionals after the Cultural Revolution。He established Beijing Lange information consultation co. Ltd in 1996,and established eight subsidiaries successively.
Changqing Liu Initiated e-business of steel and is widely appreciated for his foresight .He is honored as primary characters in steel e-business in china .He has been elected as “one of hundred Economic Figures in 2011”。
