咬耳朵指的是将口碰到另一人的耳朵说话， 当然不想在场的其它人知道内容。

如果怕给人奇怪，可以打眼色，不过传递的讯息效率不如咬耳朵高。
就是说话的时候嘴都要碰到别人的耳朵了（并不一定真的碰到，多比喻），一般是指说悄悄话。
借用耳语时的姿势表示说悄悄话，并无贬义。
