张达人(1945.2-)，男，云南昆明人，祖籍山东。博士生导师。
1969年毕业于中国科学技术大学生物物理专业。现任中国科学技术大学脑科学研究中心副主任，脑功能医学成像联合实验室副主任，安徽神经科学学会理事。1977年起在中国科学技术大学工作至今。先后在英国牛津大学（1984-1986）；加拿大多伦多大学(1991-1992)作访问学者。从事有关视知觉、选择性注意、工作记忆、决策的认知神经心理学研究。
