曹先彬,男,汉族,1967年11月生,安徽巢湖人,2016年12月加入民盟,1996年9月参加工作,中国科学技术大学电子技术基础部信号与信息处理专业,研究生,工学博士。
主要从事天临空地一体化信息网、民航交通运行监控、综合交通大数据、智能信息处理等方向的研究工作。
2023年中国工程院院士增选有效候选人,中国科协提名
先后主持国家重点研发计划项目、国家自然科学基金重点项目、国家863计划项目、国家科技支撑计划项目、国家空管科研计划项目等10余项。发表SCI论文100余篇,获授权发明专利60余项。以第一完成人获国家技术发明二等奖、国家科技进步二等奖,获十佳中国电子学会优秀科技工作者等称号,担任IEEE T-NSE、Neurocomputing、CJA等编委。
2000年获安徽省科技进步二等奖。
2004年获安徽省科技进步三等奖。
2005年获安徽省优秀学术论文二等奖。
2005年入选首届“安徽省优秀中青年学术带头人计划”,2007年入选“教育部新世纪优秀人才计划”。
2023年5月,被授予“第十二届民盟中央专门委员会参政议政工作优秀履职委员”称号。
教育部“长江学者”特聘教授、获国家杰出青年基金资助、科技部中青年科技创新领军人才、国家万人计划科技创新领军人才。
兼任中国航空学会航电与空管分会主任委员、综合交通大数据应用技术国家工程实验室副主任、临空信息系统先进技术工信部重点实验室主任,IEEE SMCS认知计算技术委员会委员、IEEE Transactions on Network Science and Engineering、Neurocomputing、CJA等刊物副编、编委等。
