朱教君,男,1965年2月生,中共党员,中国工程院院士,研究员,博士生导师,杰出青年科学基金获得者。现任中国科学院沈阳应用生态研究所所长,辽宁清原森林生态系统国家野外科学观测研究站站长。兼任中国生态学学会副理事长,辽宁省生态学会理事长,中国科学院学术委员会资源环境生态领域专委会委员,Ecological Processes期刊共同主编等。长期从事森林生态、防护林生态、林业生态工程等应用生态学领域研究。

科研成果

科研综述

针对中国林业生态工程等生态安全屏障建设的科技需求,创新了防护林培育-建造-评价理论与技术体系。创建一期二龄三阶段的防护林培育理论,提出了基于全量水资源及系统协调性的防护林建造思想,明确了以评促建的林业生态工程评价思路;构建了定向培育、结构优化和天-空-塔-地一体化评估等技术体系;成为三北防护林、天然林保护等重大林业生态工程建设及国家制定相关法规、制度的核心科技支撑。

人才培养

组建了一支包括杰青、优青、项目首席、海外客座教授等以中青年为主、多学科交叉的国际化创新团队。培养博士后、博士、硕士研究生50余人。

平台建设

创建辽宁清原森林生态系统国家野外科学观测研究站/中国科学院清原森林生态系统观测研究站,历经20年建设发展,从2002年所级站,至2014加入中国生态系统研究网络CERN站,2020年加入国家野外科学观测研究站。

设计建成万亩森林流域内温带次生林生态系统塔群观测研究平台(科尔塔群),配套森林水文站网、科研样地群、多功能数据中心等,为森林生态、防护林生态、林学、生态系统生态学等研究提供平台支撑。

组建辽宁省公益林经营管理重点实验室、中美森林培育与生态联合实验室、科尔森林痕量气体与同位素通量监测研发联合实验室。

代表性论著

第一/通讯作者在《Nature Climate Change》等期刊发表论文300余篇,其中,SCI论文130余篇。独立作者出版中国科学院大学研究生教材《防护林生态学》,第一作者出版《沙地樟子松人工林衰退机制》、《三北防护林工程生态环境效应遥感监测与评估研究——三北防护林体系工程建设30年(1978-2008)》、《森林生态与干扰》、《Wind on Tree Windbreaks》等专著。应邀撰写《Wind Shelterbelts》收录于《Encyclopedia of Ecology》(世界生态学百科全书)。国家授权/PCT受理发明专利9件[2]。主笔撰写国家采纳重要咨询建议10余份。受国家林业和草原局委托,牵头完成《三北防护林建设40年综合评估报告》,在国新办举行成果发布会,向世界展示了中国生态建设成就并提供了中国方案。
