李振洪,男,汉族,1975年3月生,浙江永康人,博士、博士生导师,GEO中国专家工作组防灾减灾组组长,长安大学二级教授,测绘科学与技术学科带头人。长期从事影像大地测量与地质灾害及生态环境监测方面研究。

李振洪教授领导的影像大地测量团队在对地观测(Earth observation)研究领域做了多项开创性的工作:
1.开发了多个大气改正模型用于改正卫星雷达信号中大气(尤其是大气水汽)延迟影响,从而将卫星影像重复轨道干涉测量(InSAR)的地表形变量从厘米级提高到亚厘米级精度;2017年6月6日公布了通用型的大气改正模型(GACOS),可在全球任何地区任何时间应用,增强了InSAR技术的可靠性及其应用范围;GACOS目前已经成为InSAR领域一个通用型的大气改正工具。
2.2017年3月与中国空间技术研究院(中国航天科技集团公司五院)同仁一道,首次实现了高分三号卫星SAR影像干涉测量。
3.作为国际上第一个利用卫星雷达技术的InSAR研究团队,对2010年青海玉树地震做了快速反应,将研究成果应用到了减灾中;并先后研究了2007苏门答腊,2008年汶川,2011土耳其凡城和2015尼泊尔等地震,也深入研究了三峡库区和四川地区多个地质滑坡,为地质灾害的监测及其机理的研究做了一些工作。李振洪教授团队对2017年6月24日茂县滑坡的快速反应应用于前线减灾行动,受到联合国减少灾害风险办事处(UNISDR),欧洲空间局,China Daily等机构报道。
4.利用卫星雷达技术研究了多个地区的地面沉降,包括北京,天津,西安,上海,深圳,杭州和江苏苏锡常。其中2016年6月2日正式发表的北京地面沉降的成果受到了社会的广泛关注,包含《新华社》,《卫报》和《洛杉矶时报》在内的20多家全球主要媒体进行了追踪报道。
2022年11月,长安大学李振洪教授团队等首次实现了地震加速滑坡的广域大范围探测,并揭示了滑坡对地震的长期反应特征。
