Dreamtale（梦境传说）是来自芬兰的一支power metal乐队，由前主唱及吉他手Rami Keränen成立于1999年，乐队已发行了7张专辑及2支单曲。

1999 年，吉他手Rami Keranen想组一支属于自己的乐团，且一开始就已经决定把团名取作Dreamtale，因此在他的积极努力之下，Dreamtale的音乐开始慢慢成形，并在同年秋天录成一卷tape，这也成为他们的首张demo「Shadow of the Frozen Sun」。进入2000年，Dreamtale为了让他们的音乐能让更多人听到，在几次团员的更动后，他们参加了多场各式各样的演出，历经多场的成功演出後，他们录制了第二张demo－「Refuge From Reality」，这使他们的知名度在芬兰终于被广泛的传开来。2001年八月，在多家与他们接触的唱片公司中，Dreamtale选择与知名金属大厂 Spinefarm Records签下合约，并录制完成了他们的首张专辑Beyond Reality。如要选出芬兰旋律力量金属王者，就销售量以及受欢迎程度当然非Stratovarius（灵云）莫属，而当Stratovarius的热力仍持续燃烧之时，一些受其影响的后起之秀已纷纷出现，其中又以芬兰本国的Sonata Arctica（北极奏鸣曲）与Dreamtale（梦境传说）最受瞩目。
2007年8月，主唱Jarkko Ahola因加入另一支乐队Terasbetoni而离开Dreamtale，乐队一度传出解散的消息。然而事实并非如此，拥有了新主唱Erkki Seppänen的Dreamtale已经带着第四张专辑Phoenix归来。
