盐川和夫(日文:塩川 和夫;英文:Kazuo SHIOKAWA),男,1965年12月出生于日本神奈川县横滨市,日本地球物理学家,理学博士学位,毕业于日本东北大学名古屋大学,现任名古屋大学工学研究科电气工程专业名古屋大学宇宙地球环境研究所(ISEE)教授,当选国际日地物理科学委员会(SCOSTEP)主席。
