约书亚·萨斯（Joshua Sasse），英国男演员，1987年12月9日出生于英国英格兰伦敦市威斯敏斯特区。
约书亚·萨斯出生于英国伦敦，童年早期在尼泊尔度过。15岁时回到英国开始接受戏剧训练，就读于赫特伍德中学(Hurtwood House School)。
2007-2008年，约书亚·萨斯曾就读于英国艾克赛特基础表演学校（Exeter based drama school），后进入小天鹅职业剧院（Cygnet Training Theatre）接受表演培训。
2010年夏天，约书亚·萨斯在伦敦西区的威尔士亲王剧院（The Prince of Wales Theatre）参加了知名音乐剧《妈妈咪呀》（Mamma Mia!）的公演，扮演角色Sky。
