罗杰·巴特（英文名：Roger Bart），1962年9月29日出生于康涅狄格州，美国电影电视演员、歌手、歌剧艺术家。
巴特出生于康涅狄格州诺沃克，在新泽西州伯纳兹维尔长大。他的叔叔是著名新闻记者彼得·巴特。
1987年，巴特首次在百老汇舞台上演出。1999年，凭借《You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown》中Snoopy这个角色，他获得了托尼奖和纽约戏剧委员会奖；2001年，他再次获得了这两个奖项的提名（《金牌制作人》中的Carmen Ghia）。
在电视上，巴特的第一个角色是1994年《The George Carlin Show》中George Carlin的儿子。最为观众熟悉的角色应该是《绝望的主妇》中完美主妇布瑞的爱慕者药剂师乔治·威廉姆斯，凭借这个角色，巴特获得了美国影视协会奖。
在大银幕上，巴特参演了2004年的《复制娇妻》，合作演员有妮可·基德曼、马修·布罗德里克、格伦·克洛斯。2005年，他参演了《金牌制作人》，在银幕上再现了Carmen Ghia这个角色。巴特还参演了2007年的《纽约黑帮》和《卧底学园》。
