罗正鸿,男,汉族,1972年12月出生于江西泰和,本科毕业于南昌大学(1995),硕士毕业于大连理工大学(1999),博士毕业于浙江大学(2003)工学博士,教授,上海交通大学化学化工学院研究员,博士生导师。

2017年聘为上海交通大学特聘教授,2016年起担任上海交通大学化学化工学院副院长兼化工系主任。2016年获国家基金委国家杰出青年科学基金,2016年入选科技部“中青年科技创新领军人才”,2017年入选中组部国家万人领军人才,2019年获聘为2018年度教育部“长江学者”特聘教授。2024年5月当选中国化工学会化工大数据与智能设计专业委员会第一届委员会副主任委员。
采用化学工程学科中的精髓“三传一反”知识并紧密结合化学工程学科发展的最前沿方向及热点(化工产品工程及化工时空的多尺度)解决上述化工材料制备过程中出现的关键与共性问题(反应器开发与流程设计)是我们的研究宗旨。研究工作既把化学工程学科的核心内容与学科发展中出现的新特点紧密结合起来,又密切联系了国内工业实际,做到所选课题具有“基础性、前瞻性、针对性及实用性”四性(在本室深造的同学既能学以致用(方便找工作),又能发表漂亮文章(有助继续深造))(已毕业学生在本室取得成果及毕业出路说明了我室人才培养的成效)。
研究得到国家科技部(863、973项目各1项)、国家基金委(4项)、国防总装备部(1项)、国重实验室(3项)、福建省科技厅(2项)、中国石化、中国石油、烟台万华及中国蓝星股份公司(其中6项资助经费超100万元的企业课题,成功参与开发了2项高端化工产品(国内市场有售)并成功指导改造与优化了多项大型工业反应器与流程)等单位的强有力支持。
已完成近40名本科生的毕业设计指导工作(其中30多名在国内外知名大学深造),已招收20余名硕士研究生(毕业研究生或出国深造或在第一时间找到合适工作单位)。
