肯尼罗根斯（Kenny Loggins），生于1948年1月7日，美国乡村男歌手。
肯尼·罗根斯70年代便与好友James Messina合组Loggin & Messina二重唱。二重唱分道扬镳后，Kenny Loggins自组一个七人团体，录制第一张个人专辑《Celebrate Me Home》，接著受邀参与超级摇滚乐团 Fleetwood Mac 的巡回演唱会，使其声名大噪。1984年他为电影《浑身是劲》(Footloose) 所唱的同名主题曲“Footloose”不但夺得排行榜三周冠军，也是 Loggins 歌唱生涯中第一首冠军曲，并使他的作品首度打入英国排行，得到第六名。
此张世纪典藏收录了自1971年Loggins & Messina二重唱到2000年中发行的35首经典歌曲。包括“Your Mama Don’t Dance”(1972 #4)、“Whenever I Call You ‘Friend’”(1978 #5)、“This Is It”(1979 #11)、与旅行者合唱团(Journey)主唱Steve Perry合唱的“Don’t Fight It”(1980 #17)，以及“浑身是劲”-Footloose(三周冠军)、“悍卫战士”-Danger Zone(1986#2)、“超越巅峰”-Meet Me Halhway、“一日锺情”-For The First Time…等多首电影主题曲，为这位从七0年代起即不断创造出无数既畅销又受好评之佳作的实力才子做了一个相当完整的总整理。
