主要从事有机污染物人体暴露与健康效应研究。在启动经费支持下,建立了污染物人体暴露分析实验室;针对污染物浓度低而干扰复杂等特点,建立和完善了环境与人体生物样品中多种有机污染物分析方法体系。基于该技术,一方面以污染物为出发点,研究其来源与大气输送、空间分布和区域暴露风险等;另一方面基于人体生物样品中污染物(及代谢物)分析,建立污染物与健康效应的联系,并探讨可能的分子机制。已在PNAS、EHP和ES&T等国际刊物上发表第一或通讯作者SCI论文17篇并受到广泛关注,已被SCI他引700余次,其中单篇文章最高他引超过200次,并有两篇文章曾入选ESI环境/生态领域的高引用文章。本人亦入选ESI环境/生态领域高引用科学家。
