1997年就读于北京邮电大学电信工程学院通信工程教改试点班,期间获得包括美国大学生数学建模一等奖在内的国内国际多项专业竞赛奖项,2001年获工学学士学位,以全系第一的成绩荣获北京邮电大学优秀本科毕业生,于同年免试进入清华大学计算机系网络研究所,直接攻读博士学位,师从计算机系的年轻科学家刘斌教授,期间主要从事网络体系结构和高性能网络算法方面的研究。2006年7月于清华大学计算机系获工学博士学位,学位论文首届荣获中国计算机协会(CCF)优秀博士论文,清华大学优秀博士毕业生和优秀博士论文。2006年7月至2015年3月于IBM中国研究院相继担任网络和系统高级工程师,研究员等职务。2015年3月加入华为至今,担任计算机网络与协议实验室主任、分布式通信首席科学家。至今已经发表论文50余篇,包括ACM SIGCOMM,IEEE/ACM Trans. on Networking, IEEE Trans. on Computer, IEEE Network Magzine, IEEE JSAC, INFOCOM, ICDCS, ACM OOPSLA等重要国际期刊和国际会议,申请国内外专利50+项。
