鞠平,中国国家杰出青年科学基金获得者、德国洪堡学者。河海大学教授、博士生导师、原副校长,浙江大学求是讲座教授、博士生导师。1988年6月在浙江大学电力系统及其自动化专业博士研究生毕业,其后在河海大学任教,1994到1995两年在德国多特蒙德大学从事研究工作。兼任中国电机工程学会电力系统专委会副主任委员、江苏省电工技术学会常务副理事长、江苏省电机工程学会副理事长等。
