香港职工会联盟（Hong Kong Confederation of Trade Unions，简称职工盟、HKCTU）成立于1990年7月，已有超过90个属会，代表超过17万名会员。职工盟是一个完全自主的工会联合组织，不依附权势，独立于任何政权、政党、财团。为中国香港第二大劳工联合组织，前身为香港基督教工业委员会。职工盟现任主席为代表教协会的潘天赐、立法会议员李卓人为秘书长，总干事为资深劳工干事蒙兆达先生。职工盟于1994年成立专业培训中心，并注册为非牟利教育机构。
团结：我们坚信“团结就是力量”，致力于凝聚打工阶层力量，壮大独立工会运动，使打工仔女能在实力基础下争取权益。
饭碗：我们站稳基层立场，推动劳工权益，改善雇员生活质素，具体工作包括处理劳资纠纷、宣传工会意识、争取立法保障、组织独立工会等等。
公义：我们作为劳工组织，有责任捍卫社会公义、接近贫富差距、为社会弱势群体争取分享繁荣成果。
民主：我们长期以来积极推动民主发展；没有民主政制，打工阶层便不能参与政府政策的制定，必使劳工权益受到压制，故政制及劳工权益是不可分割的。
职工盟的总部位于中国香港九龙弥敦道 557-559号永旺行19楼及7楼，总面积接近五千平方英尺，设有以下设施：
工会秘书处（永旺行19楼）：为打工仔女及属会会员提供有关劳工法例及劳工议题的咨询服务。
福利部（永旺行19楼）：为属会会员提供康乐及联谊活动，及凭「工盟咭」可享受之购物及娱乐等优惠项目。
会议室：每层均设有会议室供各属会及民间关社团体借用，是职工盟发布新闻的场地，亦是各国际工运团体访港时与职工盟举行会议的地方。

此外，职工盟多个属会亦借用总部部份地方作为会址之用，为工友、会员及工会理事提供服务。
培训中心
职工盟设有六个培训中心，分别为于佐敦、元朗、大埔、马鞍山及天水围，为区内不同年龄的居民和工友提供培训和就业辅导服务。

回收助人中心
职工盟回收中心提供社区支援，接受社会服务机构、区议员及其他服务基层人士的机构转介，向有需要人士赠送衣物用品。鼓励市民捐赠物品，善用回收资源，创立社会企业，促进社群关系。并提供培训及就业机会给一群失业、低技能的基层妇女，自给自足。
职工盟最高权力架构，由各属会按会员人数派代表出席，每年最少举行一次，执委会二十六名
执委会由会员大会选举产生作为会员大会休会期间的决策机关，每两年选一次
常委会9名：执委会下设常务理事会负责监察及紧急决策
常设工作委员会：执委会下设6个常务工作委员会，厘订及推动各方面工作：劳工事务委员会、社会事务委员会、妇女事务委员会、工会教育中心、康乐及福利事务委员会、财务委员会
另设以下工作委员会，以便统筹不同事务：筹款委员会、公务员事务委员会、资助机构工会委员会、新界西地区委员会、集体谈判组、参政组、组织组
秘书处：执委会下设秘书处，负责执行执委会及各委员会

2022年2月17日，香港警方根据《社团条例》第15条，向反中乱港组织“职工会联盟（简称职工盟）”现任及前任等“骨干”成员发信，要求有关人士在指定限期内，回应一系列问题及提供相关资料。
2022年4月6日，香港“星岛网”援引消息称，香港警方国安处2022年4月6日早上拘捕已解散的乱港组织“职工盟”前副主席邓建华，邓建华涉嫌在法庭“作出具煽动意图的行为罪”。
