关国良（Patrick Kwan），神经病学专家，澳大利亚健康与医学科学院院士，莫纳什大学神经科学系教授，阿尔弗雷德医院和皇家墨尔本医院癫痫病科主管，重庆市神经病学重点实验室主任。
1987年至1990年，关国良就读于诺丁汉大学，获得医学学士学位。
1990年至1992年，就读于剑桥大学，获得内外全科医学士学位。
1998年至2000年，就读于格拉斯哥大学，获得博士学位。
2011年，担任墨尔本大学神经学讲座教授（至2017年12月）以及皇家墨尔本医院神经科顾问、癫痫病科主管。
2017年10月，担任莫纳什大学神经科学系教授、阿尔弗雷德医院癫痫病科主管。
截至2020年9月，关国良发表SCI论文220余篇，以第一或通讯作者在New England Journal of Medicine、The Lancet Neurology、Nature Genetics、Brain、JAMA Neurology、Neurology等医学期刊发表多篇论文，谷歌学术引用超过19600次。以第一作者在New England Journal of Medicine杂志上发表关于癫痫预后的文章，是有记录以来癫痫研究中被引用最多的原创临床研究文章（引用超过4300次）。
